Weber's USA Trip 2018
We pack our RV in the morning and leave Santa Barbara without really knowing where we are going. There is no news yet about Yosemite Park so we just head north, so we can decide later. We will either drive east to Fresno or head directly north to San Francisco.
After an hour of driving we top and check the news and learn that the Yosemite is open again. Our adventure is not in danger and we head to Fresno where we can reach Sequoia, as well as the Yosemite. We do not have reservations for a campground, as we did not know where we will stay overnight. But we have the address of a campground in Fresno, to which we then drive. And we are lucky, we got the 2nd last free place. The last one is going to a friendly couple from Canada (Jacques and Lisa) while we are sitting in the office. We would soon get to know them better.
For the added enjoyment of the children it had a pool, so we plunged into the bathing dresses and then went to the pool to write the diaries. But suddenly we were out of luck, the pool was unfortunately closed. The children were disappointed and still had to work on the diaries.
While we were sitting at a table and were working, Jacques and Lisa arrived. We started to chat and then continued at the camping table at our RV's with chips and drinks. They were really nice and we exchanged experiences about our destinations.
Then we went to bed early because we had a lot to do the next day.
