Weber's USA Trip 2018
A complete day on the farm. In the morning we accompanied Terry to Costco to shop for dinner. Costco is a huge store, similar to the CC's (Cash & Carry) in Switzerland. It was unbelievable to see the variety you can get there. Pallets with dog-food next to Sofa's, PS4 Pro's, document-shredders and of course a lot of food in bulk.
We bought salmon and tenderloin pork for the evening and the prices were really low (especially compared to what we are used to pay in switzerland). In the afternoon we helped Terry with the horses while Dan was preparing the meatn in the smoker. It turned out to be absolutely delicious.
We didn't do too much on this days, but instead we enjoyed the hospitality of Terry, Bruno and Dan and just had a great time. And... we ordered a swiss flag on Amazon to "wave" it on the campinggrounds. We noticed that most of the RV's have US-flags waving, so we thought to "counter" that a bit. We didn't order it through Alexa, but instead did it the old fashioned way on the net. We still had a lot of fun with that girl though.... ;)
