Weber's USA Trip 2018
Actually we wanted to go further north today. But since we've made so great friends with the Carvins, we stayed for another day in the area and drove east, more exactly to Tijeras to the campsite where we wanted to spend the night. We arrived around noon and were eagerly awaited. The kids immediately ran off with their friends and explored the area while we worked a bit on the blog / diary.
After that we took all the kids to the recreation room where they played Billiard and we tried not to let the noise level get too high. For dinner we were invited by the Carvin's. They made special danish meatballs, mashed potatoes and red cabbage. It was delicious and we sat before the RV around a small grill. Scott played the guitar and it was totally comfortable. Freezing, but comfortable. At some point the tiredness overcame us and we all had to go to bed because we wanted to leave early the next morning. We made an appointment for breakfast and then went to sleep.
