Weber's USA Trip 2018
It was time to get up early again. Already at 07:00h our shuttle to the airport was ready, so we got up at 06:00h. Short breakfast, the suitcases closed up and off to the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel could not really count, because for the 10 passengers for the shuttle it had only 9 seats :) We took Zoé on the lap and so we arrived still in good time.
We checked in and then flew to Newark/NJ was without any problems. What was a little funny: despite departure at 10:20h and a 4 1/2 hour flight we didn't got a meal to eat on board. Except one ordered some overpriced food in the plane. We decided not to do it ...
With the rental car everything worked out wonderfully and on the way to Nicole's aunt in Pennsylvania we stopped at a Taco Bell to finally have something to eat. Since breakfast we had except a few small complimentary pretzels on the plane nothing in the stomach.
Arrived in Bushkill we were greeted warmly, but soon went to sleep. But suddenly we realized that we had left Nicole's handbag hanging on the luggage trolley in Newark. So we made another call to block the credit card and asked the car rental office and the airport's lost property office. But they had not found anything, resp. did not respond to our mail requests. There was nothing of money value in the bag, but a lot of emotional value.
