Out West Wanderings II
I woke up feeling great today. Dan suggested that I take a day off from riding, but I didn't. It was a perfect day and the temperature was just right.
We had met Al the day before and were scheduled to ride with him up the 50 year trail through the cattle gate and then to the cross trail to the Sutherland trail and finally home on the Canyon loop trail. It was a total of 8.84 miles of easy riding. Al's horse, Twister, got along with both our horses and we had a good ride.
Back at the camp, the 12 corrals were all full again. And some of them had two horses in them. A new living quarters 5th wheel trailer was pulling in. They had never been here before and didn't know where to park. They were going to have to tie their horses onto their trailer so we put both our horses in one corral. That way they wouldn't have to tie them for the night.

Marie and Gary were from Wisconsin and are real nice folk. We invited them to ride with us and Al tomorrow to find the illusive waterfall. Maybe we will have better luck with 5 of us looking.
