Out West Wanderings II

So our journey and adventure is over. We learned a lot of lessons on this trip about horse care. We learned to be patient with each other and the horses as we waited to get to ride. We learned that people all over are kind, caring and helpful.

We passed through Cincinnati today and I thought about all those people who have been asked to not run their businesses, to not leave their homes, to limit themselves. I thought about how lucky Dan and I are. I thought about our home and how I have lots of meat (venison) in the freezer and jars of food preserved in our pantry. I thought about family and about my sister and how she has prepared a wonderful meal for us that is waiting at home.

And especially, I remember that we have a great God, a powerful One who knows what the future is and has it all planned out.

So once again, happy trails and God bless.
