Sorry for the late post this week, but I have been busy. "Busy", I hear you say, "not possible".
The week started returning home after 2.5 weeks away, stuffing the boat with as much food as it could hold (we always do this when we have a hire car) & settling back into work & boat life.
Humpf, nothing to write home about this week.
We walked into Tattenhall & decided to find out on the way back why the carpark at the Icecream Farm across the road was always full, even in winter. Well, if I was 4 years old, I would be squealing with delight. I had to settle for an icecream, not normally me in winter, but it was my duty to explore the icecream made on site.
The SOS call came in, car is hired, bags packed. Put the kettle on, I'm on my way. Time to put my recently discovered talents into action. Returning to Droitwich to meet Rob & Caroline, was like returning home. Luckily, "NB Mokoro" (Ortomarine boat family) was on the nearby cut, so we were able to see Guy & Sally again.
So, suspense over. My mission: Join team Rob/Caroline & clean their house ready for changeover. My talent: deadly with a toilet brush.
Had a 2 hour window of exploration before I had to be on the starting block, so lets go to Malvern. We hear it's picturesque & the home of the famous Lea &

Week 25 - Mission Possible

Perrins worcestershire sauce. Edward Elgar (Land of Hope & Glory) pops up again on our radar, as does CS Lewis & Charles Darwin who frequented the area for leisure. See, you don't have to look very far (or hard).
Also found out what AONB means on maps. Malvern is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Durr!
