Staycation continues

We’ve had a fun filled few days! Sunday we took a boat tour out to the most beautiful beach called Zapatillas. We stopped to watch dolphins jumping and had the most amazing seafood lunch in a little over the water restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Dennis and I both said the highlight of the day was the kids adventurous spirit in trying new foods in a very local restaurant. Monday, we were helping out a friend and ended up with a car for the day. We drove around the island and explored a new beach. It was strange being in a car again and we all agreed we enjoy biking much more.

Tuesday, Dennis and Walker headed to the dive shop while the girls and I went out to breakfast and got our nails done. Walker got to go diving with Dennis! He saw a manta ray and tons of fish an says he can’t wait to go again! Wednesday, we biked out to Skully’s for a pool day. In the evening, USA was playing Panama in a soccer tournament so we headed in to town to watch the game and get dessert. We’re all excited for our first volunteer clinic tomorrow then headed to Boquete!
