Panama
Bocas is full of activity right now for the annual Féria del Mar. The street down from our house is closed off for vendors, music, food and other festivities. The beach is filled with bounce houses and drink stands. After school on Friday several families met at our house to walk to the festival. The kids loved shopping at the stands, jumping in the bounce houses and exploring with all their buddies. The festivities go on late into the night with loud music, strobe lights, and fireworks!
Earlier in the week we celebrated our friends’ 50th birthday at our favorite beachside pizza spot. We are so grateful for this community that has become like family here!
