In the morning, we left from Oncina de la Valdocina and continued our walk along fairly flat terrain until we reached the famous bridge in Hospital de Orbigo where jousting contests once took place.
We slept in a cozy little casa rurale hidden in the backstreets of the village. Maybe one of our favorite stops. The landlord made home brews and the Kelloggs and the Larsons made the most of it. Mark loved the agua con gas! Later, back across the jousting bridge for a quaint dinner.
Here we picked up two new Pilgrims (Beth and Jig) who would walk the rest of the way with us.
