America on the road

5AM:
We woke up and headed to the nearest Starbucks, for coffee - so I could be human and wifi - to book a motel for tonight. The motel is lovely.
We drove to New Orleans and got here around , before even the post office had opened!
We tried to go look at the abandoned six flags but there are hella signs saying No Trespassing, and I have no time for breaking the law here.
We spent most of the day bumming around New Orleans waiting to check into the motel, but we've got two days here so it'll be a nice rest..

Since we're not driving tomorrow, Jamie can drink booze this evening, it doesn't seem fair if I drink when he can't, so I'm really looking forward to going out tonight and having my first beer in America, and maybe even a cocktail or two!
