Dwayne's European Tour

We had to say goodbye to the mountains today. It was so good to spend some time breathing in the fresh, wilderness air. Our free shuttle picked us up and brought us to the bus station in Bischofshofen. Our train arrived soon after and we were off towards Germany. We thought we'd have to transfer to a different train in Munich but we saw that our train was going right through Augsburg....bonus. Our train was pretty full so we had to sit separately until the first stop until we could move together.

As we moved out of the mountains, the land flattened out and was full of different crops. It looked like the prairies, just with more trees. Before Munich we were kicked out of our seats because someone had reserved it and we didn't have any reservations. So we had to stand in the passageway near the doors for about an hour. We eventually arrived in Augsburg and grabbed some lunch. Then we went in search of the bus we needed but soon found that not a lot was open or running on Sunday. We found the townhouse and we felt at home right away. It was a good feeling. Jen and I hopped on some

We found the townhouse and we felt at home right away. It was a good feeling. Jen and I hopped on some

bikes and went over to the market, which was closed. So we found an open restaurant which served some delicious Turkish food and brought it home for supper. The rest of our time was spent catching up on the internet. Abby was heaven playing with all the Lego and toys that were in the house.
