It's another hot day in Arizona. We woke up from our pet-friendly hotel and start our trip to San Antonio, Texas (for some reason we're not stopping in New Mexico). So now, get ready to travel 12 hours, or 844 miles. Unfortunately, for us, our A/C has stopped working and we had to roll the windows down. Side note: Vivi won't stop singing! Due to some casualties, our gas is out, so we stopped at a Circle K in New Mexico to refill for a total of $19.40. After traveling another 380 miles, we stopped, again, in Texas and continued our way to San Antonio (for a total of $24). So, we arrived at San Antonio and the first thing we did was visit the Alamo. Unfortunately, the Alamo was closed because we arrived late, but we decided to go visit the River Walk. After 40 minutes of walking and looking at the water, HUNGER STRIKES! We decided to go eat at a 5 star restaurant. After that, we just went back to the hotel and stayed there until the morning.
At 9 a.m., we went to the Alamo and paid $15 each for the tour. Carlos, "Three fun facts of the day: (a) The Alamo was built in 1718 and it takes up 5 acres of space, (b) The Alamo is widely known for the legendary battle that took place on March 6, 1836, where roughly, 200 Texans defended the mission against Santa Anna's forces, (c) Remember the Alamo: Battle of San Jacinto, April 21, 1836.
Famous people of the Alamo: Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, Manuel Fernandez, Castrillon, Martin Perfecto de Cos, William Travis, James Bowie, and Davy Crockett. The Battle of the Alamo, was an important event in the Texas Revolution.
After visiting the Alamo, we decided to go somewhere else, but we

Chapter Four: San Antonio

weren't sure where to go. So, we decided to count our remaining money. From our daily budget, we have a remaining $71. 20 and a total of $3,585.70.
