Now, we are headed to Tombstone, Arizona! Carlos, "Tombstone, Arizona, here we come." Vivi, "Woohoo!" So, since we still have half-a- tank left, we decided to fill it up completely, to not have any issues in the future. It was a total of $11.50, 5 gallons, 230 each. While on our way, one of our tires popped. Luckily, even though our car is small, we found a way to fit a spare and the tools necessary to fix it. Since it was an economic car, it was no big deal. Vanessa, "Peyakov's classes finally paid off." After five hours of traveling, we finally arrived.
Luckily, parking was free. Carlos, "I wasn't gonna pay anything for this car anyways." We arrived at O.K. Corral. We bought our tickets, $10 each, and that's probably gonna be the cheapest thing on the trip. At 2p.m., we watched the reenactment. The rest of the time, we just admired the perfect, or closely accurate, replica of the wild west. Vivi, "Fun Fact about Tombstone: (a) In 1881, there was a famous shoot-out between the Earp and Clanton gangs, (b) Boothill Graveyard, another historic place we went to, is the final resting place for all the town's hanging, lynching, and shootout victims, and (c) Bird Cage Theater, which was built in 1881 and it was a theater, dance hall, saloon, and brothel. At the end of the day, we didn't get shot. We looked for the least expensive hotel, which was the Tombstone Motel. At the end of the day, we had a total of $48.50 left.
