So instead of watching My Crazy Ex GF, the sun came out so I headed over to Kowloon Park. I was wearing a cropped top, fanny pack (my mum hates it when I call it that) we’ll go for vag bag again in future, see if that goes down any better) and waist high genie trousers that say “We get it, you’re travelling around Asia.” (not literally, that would be odd.) I felt like Kerry in sex in the city! Kind of badly dressed but pulling it off because when you’re travelling, anything goes.
As soon as I reached the park I looked into the big pond and saw the fish and a turt...wait what? Sure enough swimming in the pond was a small terrapin, he swam over to me and I considered keeping him for a pet in case he was going to be eaten but he seemed pretty chill so I left him to it.
I strolled around the rest of the park and asked a lady to take a photo of me so I could share my ‘I’m travelling Asia’ wardrobe plus the fountain was pretty! A random African man gave me his card by the fountain too, I expected him to be a modelling scout but it was for a guest house, sigh!
