A Reading From My Diary

What a beautiful cloudy day to travel. The weather is 57 degrees, no signs of rain, or tough winds. Today is going to be a good day! I am currently packing my stuff, so I can load everything in the trunk and get back on the road. I am all set to go, but before i leave i just want to make sure my car's oil, temp, tires, is all in good condition. Seems like everything is in good terms, let's get this started. I have just left my motel in San Antonio, and I am headed to the nearest gas station. I am headed to Valero gas station, the nearest gas station, which is 10 minutes away from my motel. I just arrived to Valero, and I payed $51 for a full tank. I am now ready to get on the road. My Journey today is to Oklahoma City. This trip is 7 hours and 13 minutes, few! what a long drive. I just arrived to Waco I have 4 hours and 17 minutes left till my destination. This has been a long drive, I am so excited I cannot wait till I arrive to my destination. Imma put some music on just so time can pass fast. Thanks to my music for getting me through these last 4 hours of driving. I HAVE NOW ARRIVED TO OKLAHOMA CITY ! I cannot wait to start exploring, and take pictures of everything lol. The Oklahoma City National Memorial is a memorial in the United States that honors the victims, survivors, rescuers, and all who were affected by the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995. The memorial is located in downtown Oklahoma City on the former site of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, which was damaged in the 1995 bombing. The resulting explosion killed 168 people and destroyed the entire north face of the building. The Oklahoma City bombing occurred when a truck packed with explosives was detonated outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. Shortly after 9:00am a ryder rental truck exploded with terrifying force in front of the nine-story Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City.
The list of the deceased included 19 young children who were in the building’s day care center at the time of the blast. More than 650 other people were injured in the bombing, which damaged or destroyed over 300 buildings in the immediate area. Oklahoma is a very brave City for being able to get through the heartaches together, of many lives that were taken in this act. It was fun visiting Oklahoma City Memorial. The history of this city is just emotional, sensitive, and powerful. I'm glad i got to learn some history of the Memorial of Oklahoma City. I am so very tired of all the driving, and walking around. I could really use a place to sleep. There's actually a hotel that is totally in my price range, and is only 11 min from the

memorial. I just arrived to my hotel, and I will be checking in soon. I'm going to check out one room, and one bathroom. the total price of my place will be $39 for the night. It is the next day, and today I will be leaving Oklahoma City, and I will be headed to Memphis, Tennessee. I will be visiting The National Civil Rights Museum.
