A Reading From My Diary

Today is a HUGE DAY!!!! I will be leaving Grand Canyon. Before I leave I will be stopping for gas at the Texano Tusayan, which is 1 minute away from my lodge. The total of gas that I payed for is $70. This journey to my hometown will take 6 hours and 42 minutes. I am now on my way towards Borrego Springs. I am now currently 25 minutes away from Borrego on the Borrego Salton Seaway. Finally after this long journey, I have arrived to Borrego Springs my hometown. I was definitely no the first to make it back from my journey. I could possibly be the group that spent less amount of money, I mean considering i am my own group, and I only had to pay for myself, and myself only. I was the group that had the most fun on this journey because i was by myself, and I did everything I wanted to, not what anyone else wanted. And I have always been independent, I find it to be way more fun to be with yourself, and travel with yourself. I think my journal has enough details, but maybe other groups had more details that mine. The three best places i visited were: Meteor Crater; Kitty Hawk; and Memphis. The worst places i visited are: NYC; Philly; and North Carolina. What i have learned on this Journey is Responsibility and Commitment. I have learned to be responsible, because i met my expectation of waking up at a certain time in order to be where i had to be at a proper time in the day. For ex: closing times, tour times, daylight. I was committed because even though there were too many location, i sticked through it, because I have always wanted to travel, but it was just way too much. I'm not complaining, because like i said i have always wanted to travel and i was committed to every destination that was up next. I also learned to have A LOT, of patience with the driving, and the waiting times, the lines to purchase my tickets for museums, parks, tours etc. I had so much fun on this Journey, and i am glad i got to share my experience with you all! :)
