Today I am leaving Chicago, and traveling to South Dakota. South Dakota is 14 hours and 2 minutes long. Before I leave I am stopping at the nearest gas station located at 273 E Berkeley St, Boston, MA 02118, which is 6 minutes away from my hotel. I am now here at the Mobil gas station, and the total I payed for gas is $78. I am now on my way to Chicago. I will definitely have to stop a second time for gas before I reach my destination. After 7 hours of driving I have now arrived to I-90, Lakefield, MN 56150. I have to stop to feed my car some fuel for the rest 6 hours and 32 minutes. I have now arrived to the Mobil gas station near my 1-90 interstate. the total amount I payed for gas is $66. I am now back on the road headed to Crazy Horse Tourist Center, 12151 Ave of the Chiefs, Custer, SD 57730. I have now arrived to my location, Custer County, South Dakota, U.S. Here I will visit the Largest Historical Sculpture in the U.S., and also the Crazy Horse memorial. The Crazy Horse Memorial is a mountain monument under construction on privately held land in the Black Hills, in Custer County, South Dakota, United States. It will depict the Oglala Lakota warrior, Crazy Horse, riding a horse and pointing into the distance. The memorial was commissioned by Henry Standing Bear, a Lakota elder, to be sculpted by Korczak Ziolkowski. I had fun visiting both the largest historical sculpture, and the Crazy Horse Memorial. I would definitely recommend a visit here! For this LONG road trip, a game that kept me sane, goes a little like this... I would go on my music app and put shuffle on my music, and I had to guess which songs it was. I am now on my way to my Hotel located 535 Mt Rushmore Rd, Custer, SD 57730.
