Goodbye London! We really enjoyed the city… so much history and so central. But you know, I think it’s high time we took another form of transport! What about the Eurostar? Let’s go! This time, we are travelling in style. Sort of. We’re in standard premier seating for this trip so Mum and Dad get a lovely glass of wine with our on board meals!

Finally got to Paris and took an overpriced taxi to our apartment in Montmartre. Upteen stairs up to the top of the building dragging our bags and a rock hard sofa bed to sleep in but… we can see the La Tour Eiffel from our kitchen window!
