See you later Milan. It was a little hard to appreciate Milan as it was overcast and drizzly the whole time and also mostly shut over New Year’s. But we did get to see some great things. Today though, we packed up and headed back to the train station to get a fast train to Florence. As we travelled, the sky lightened up and it got a bit warmer.

Once we arrived we took a taxi to our next accomodation, which was an amazing apartment with almost double height ceilings and super modern furnishings. Great place to relax in and easy enough to walk from to see the sights and find a great restaurant!
