My diary

Dear diary,
Today I went to an easter egg hunt in Beatrix park with my friend. It was organized by Amsterdam mamas. I am pretty sure my mom does some kind of work for them. My mom said that I was to old to go and look for eggs so I had to volunteer and help hide the plastic eggs. We also had to give the kids chocolate eggs in exchange for the plastic ones they found. We also had to look for kids that were wearing decorated bonnets and we would give them a raffle ticket and put a different raffle ticket with the same number in a big golden egg. You could win a book. I liked my jobs and it was interesting to see easter in a different way, this time I wasn't the little kid picking up eggs. After all the eggs were found me and my friend hid the plastic ones that the kids gave us. So e kids saw us hiding the eggs and they followed us to pick up the eggs that we hid. It was really annoying. We threw some eggs to the little kids or the kids that couldn't find many eggs. After a while my friend had to leave.
I thought that it was very smart to hide plastic eggs instead of chocolate ones because if animals (especially dogs) eat the chocolate eggs that the kids didn't find, it could be very bad for them.
After the egg hunt I went to a different friends house. She had broken her foot. We couldn't really go outside or anything so we played on her computer and tablet. Then we watched a movie called Crocodile Dundee. It was a little weird sometimes but also very funny. It is about a guy that survived an attack from a crocodile. This woman that writes articles for the newspaper wants to investigate and see how he survived.
