Cross-Country 2017

Rain, rain go away. And take the cold temperatures with you. It’s been about 10 degrees cooler here than it’s supposed to be this time of year. Which means it’s been in the low 60s. Which is fine — just wish it was dryer. It’s not supposed to be this rainy either, we’re told. So, we’ll venture out during the brief periods of sun, see some more lighthouses and stuff. At least we’re escaping the hot weather back home. Not missing that!

BTW, Oregon is my favorite west coast so far. (Haven’t spent much time in Washington, so don’t know yet how that will compare). Funny that this ocean is called Pacific — it roars much louder than the Atlantic, but is somehow peaceful at the same time. Until there's a tsunami, of course. :)
