Fletchers Holiday Diary

DAY 4 5th OCT
This morning was pretty good, I had had a better night sleep than the previous nights and I am confident in getting my holiday-work done in time. We had breakfast at the food court and after I finished my breakfast burrito, my dad spilled his coffee all over the table including his lap and my bare knee. It went everywhere, it was like the Mr Bean sketch were he is in a restaurant and orders steak tartare, doesn't like it so hides bits

of it everywhere. We were all fine but I feel sorry for the cleaner who just cleaned the table for us. We headed off from Yosemite around 10 am. Along the way I entertained myself via a fan fiction novel, a movie and my 3DS. This road trip was much nicer than yesterday as it was half as long, a round of applause for my dad, the driver who drives many hours. We arrived in San Fran a little after 2 pm and went and bought groceries before we checked into our apartment. When we arrived at our apartment, I admit that I was very impressed with this condominium. This building is larger than most of the apartments and condominiums that we have stayed in. The ceiling reaches about 3-4 metres high even on the two floors (except for sloping ceiling areas, I hit my head on those if I am not careful). The rooms are very spacious and the walk in wardrobes can have people sleep comfortably in there, the master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe big enough that they state roughly that you can put your child in a cot in there. We had guests around 5-ish starting with Peter (not Catcheside Peter) before Mike and Eddie followed shortly after then came the Catchesides. We all had a great chat and dinner and I excluded myself from this at 10:30 to go to bed. I slept exceptionally well with my amazing view (before I closed the curtains to avoid light in the morning for a sleep in) and a really comfortable bed.
