Italy Trip September, 2016

We arrive late to our beautiful resort because of our adventures in Florence. As we are walking in we are greeted with the wonderful smells coming from the kitchen. We walk into the dining room, looking a bit disheveled, and our greeted by our waiter, Grazia. We tell him our sad tale and he says "Oh so sorry, all rooms are taken". Then he cracked up, turns out Grazia is quite the little jokester. He tells us to sit and eat first and then checks us in to our beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen, apartment. The resort used to be a tool making place for the farmers, it is built right next to a river and beautiful waterfall. The people, food, accomadations are wonderful. First day we went to Arezzo, beautiful vistas on our drive. We see an Agritourismo wine sign and pull in. Way back on dirt road past rows of grapes and we find a farm house. Thinking we are in the wrong place until a woman comes out and waves us in. Feeds us grapes off her house, wine tasting, and shows us the wine barn. On to Arezzo a beautiful town. We stumble on to a Street food fair, every kind of food but Italian, couldn't find sausage and peppers. Caught in heavy rain, make our way to beautiful church and wind up seeing an Italian wedding.
