First stop was Caye Caulker, a small island off the coast of Belize. My husband and I snorkeled the beautiful barrier reef, while Liv enjoyed seeing the colorful fish, nurse sharks and rays swim near the boat. The island's motto is "Go Slow" and we fully embraced that motto. When we were not in the water, we just admired the beautiful Caribbean Sea from a hammock. Sometimes all it takes to refresh your mind and body is a little beach time.
