We are a bit tired today. We have been very busy with lot's of new experiences. So a bit of a quiet day sorting out washing, groceries and more admin. And a siesta!. We went out for a walk about mid arvo and came across the Barcelona food market. Wish we had found this before the supermarket. It was very lively and packed. Fresh fruit and vegetables, prepared meals and snacks. We carried on down alleyways and came across large courtyards with restaurants wrapping around them. Lot's of shops and lot's of families out and about.

It then started to get very windy and vendors starting packing up. We were fifteen minutes from home so thought we should start heading back that way. Unfortunately it started pelting down, not much warning. Competing for shelter under small balconies and awnings with the locals, it didn't last too long. Can't complain, this is the second rain we have seen in over 40 days. Quite nice actually. There is a sameness about constant weather, am I really saying that - LOL.

Back home we had a chicken, potatoes and salad dinner. No sauces. Just plain food - so nice!
