Since I won't have anyone to speak Swedish with here in Hamburg, and since you all are so curios about what I’m doing, my plan is to write this travel diary in english. But don’t expect to many updates, this might be the one and only..

Hamburg, Germany
Since I won't have anyone to speak Swedish with here in Hamburg, and since you all are so curios about what I’m doing, my plan is to write this travel diary in english. But don’t expect to many updates, this might be the one and only..
But we take it from the beginning! Jesper and I woke up at 5 a.m. Didn’t even drink coffee, just putted on clothes and packed the last things in my heavy suitcase. First our plan was that Jesper should drive me all the way to Arlanda, but then we realized that it’s rush
hour and also we are environmentalist, so we took the bike! Jesper has this big flatbed cycle, but I never thought that both me and my big suitcase would fit in it, so I’m impressed. He drove me to the central station where I took the train Arlanda Express.
Everything went smooth on the airport and all the way to Hamburg. When I arrived I took the S-bahn to Hauptbahnhof (central station) and walked five minutes to a cheap little hotel in an area called St. Georg. I will stay there for two nights before I get the apartment that I will stay in the rest of the time.
Today I’ve been walking around in the city. Realized that it’s a lot of sex cinemas and shops, ”spielhalle”, fruit markets and cheap liquor (haven’t tried anything of that). Ate an awesome falafel, drank coffee, bought some socks, shower gel and weisse schokolade mit einem hatch von fruchtigen heidelbeeren. Don’t know why I wrote that in german. Anyway, that’s not interesting. I don’t have so much more to say. I’m back at my room now, but think I will go out for another walk.
So, thanks for reading.
