Over the course of these two and half weeks in Rome I will be keeping record of some of the sights and artifacts I come across. There will be buildings, piazzas, paintings, statues, and much much more. In this I'll touch on the items significance as well as its own personal history and sometimes interject my own thoughts into the equation. My main goal is to tell the story of rome through the things I learned and the pictures I took. I hope to show you what it was like to be a roman citizen in the many different time periods of rome and hopefully help you truly understand the layering of this ancient city.
