Bus time to Budva is about a half an hour costs 10 Euros each. We stop a couple of times to let a few passengers debus and get there around 11:00am and take a taxi to old town. It is neat, not over crowded and we find a place for brunch. I have a margarita pizza, Shirley has salmon and Carroll chose a ham and cheese sandwich. All were very good and tasty.
Budva appears to have a very large presence of Russians and lots of money. Enough said on that topic. We found that offering to take pics of small families or groups of total strangers is a good way to make

Budva appears to have a very large presence of Russians and lots of money. Enough said on that topic. We found that offering to take pics of small families or groups of total strangers is a good way to make
friends. They are most appreciative.
The place is full of churches. There are three within 100 feet of each other. We visit all three and they are very old and well maintained. I think I now have been in more churches than his Holiness The Pope. Probably will be the only way I get my ticket punched to heaven..."Oh yea, let him in...that's the church mega visitor". At least it's not the church stalker !
Now, on to the shopping, or as the French say "window licking". The ladies do a very good job and Carroll buys herself a leather lamb jacket with hand painted decorations. It's cool and she got over half
off the price. There are all kinds of artsy shops and so it takes a good deal of time for them all to be scrutinized by the dangerous duo. Luckily very little damage is done to our credit worthiness.
Not too much else going on so we stop for an Orangina. Then take a taxi back to the bus station. The ride to Kotor takes a bit longer because we apparently are on the milk run. We stop and pick up passengers and let a few off. We stop so the driver can deliver packages and so forth. But this bus is much nicer than previously. Eventually we arrive in Kotor after about an hour. Hunt down a taxi and arrive back at the flat.
Tonight we will be dining at the Galleon in a few minutes. We get a cab and they deposit us at the front door of the restaurant. Menu is good and the food is fabulous plus the view is to die for. I have mussels and duck confit, Shirley has salmon ceviche and Carroll has salmon ceviche and duck plus we all have dessert. Good meal, not the best of the trip but good plus the view! We finish and hunt down a cab and head back to the flat to plan our next days adventure. I think we are going to a man made island out in the middle of the bay that has a small church in the middle.
