Gary & I are booked for a cooking class and a tour of the market at 8:30am with Baby Mustard Cooking School.

The market: the market was an enlightening experience, there isn't anything that can't be found. The fruit and vegetable section blew my mind, it was so fabulous. The fish area made me a little queezy with the smells & sights. But the meat area was enlightening; there was not a body part that could not be seen or found. Gary & I are booked for a cooking class and a tour of the market at 8:30am with Baby Mustard Cooking School.

The market: the market was an enlightening experience, there isn't anything that can't be found. The fruit and vegetable section blew my mind, it was so fabulous. The fish area made me a little queezy with the smells & sights. But the meat area was enlightening; there was not a body part that could not be seen or found. There, beautifully displayed was the small intestine, then the large intestine with the

bumb-hole attached! Our guide/chef is explaining that this is very good in soups for flavour and that there is a herb that helps remove the poop smell, because it's sometimes hard to remove. Speechless! I did not know that! Thankfully, we chose squid and not pork for our cooking class today.

Cooking class: totally FUN! Best meal I've ever made. :)
