Gary & Helene in Vietnam & Bali
Left Sanur around 3pm. 1 hours drive to Ubud.
Gary is not well, he thinks it's lunch. Prescutto pizza in Bali!?!
Arrive in Ubud at Villa Sabandari. Delighted, Gary likes the place. :)
Nice and peaceful here. The villa is set on the edge of a rice paddy surrounded in nature sounds: ducks, crickets, frogs, birds, gecko's, etc. The rice has been harvested and the ducks are cleaning the paddy (Bali insecticides = ducks).
There was an afternoon rain and the air is muggy and warm.
Around 5pm, MOSQUITOS! Both of us caught off guard and eaten alive. Tomorrow, we prepare.
Love the love-bird creation. Flowers everywhere!
