The End

In the days following Day 45, I (Helene) got Dengue Fever or a Negative Positive result: I did not have Symptoms like Gary. Gary lived the perfect 'Textbook Dengue' experience. I did feel that something felt very off in my body and it spooked me. Gary took care of me for a week. He brought young coconut water, got me to the Medical clinic for daily blood testing, and I remember enjoying the BEST burger EVER from the Chinta Restaurant across the street! I tested 'cleared of Dengue' the day before we left Bali to return home. The last Day in Ubud and Bali, I went to visited the Monkey Forest, STUPID, but I did. Got some crazy bite of something there.

In the China airport. We found lazy-boy chairs in the lounge and we both dropped into the chairs and slept! I remember waking up, still feeling incredibly exhaustion and looking around the space of lazy-boy chairs in a circle, and other exhausted travelers were sleeping too. I was so exhausted, I fell back to sleep.

It's now January 14th, 2018 and I thought to finish and publish this Journey of our 25th Wedding Adventure, for Gary & I to have & enjoy.

Dedicated to Gary Sundberg; my man. Thank you for the incredible 27 years of Adventure with this trip being only one of so many. I feel so very blessed to have enjoyed such an amazing life, filled in travel, adventures, living outside-my-comfort-zone or country, living fully alive and best of all, loved by YOU! I am deeply grateful. I couldn't have wished for a better life partner, best friend or life! I love you.
