Culture.-

In Oslo culture is not just a pretty word. A visit with different eyes to the Norwegian capital allows you to discover groundbreaking architecture, art museums, operas and theaters, innovative restaurants, libraries or multicultural spaces where concerts and exhibitions are held. And unknown corners where the most urban Street Art is shown. For all these reasons, it has also been named European Green Capital 2019.
In Oslo, Street Art is also part of the global transformation project of the city. Thanks to graffiti, some of its streets have become authentic open-air art galleries. And they are precisely located in neighborhoods that until recently hardly anyone visited. As I mentioned in a previous article, in the neighborhoods of Grünerløkka and Vulkan there are numerous urban art displays. A form of artistic expression that is contributing to the regeneration of forgotten spaces, turning them into focal points of attraction. This is the case of the graffiti near the Ingens Gate. This is a good example of how a movement of local and international urban artists is turning certain areas of Oslo into authentic open-air museums.
