Cruise Xmas Markets Prague to Budapest and around U.K.

Been here for two days. Just got back in from London town itself.

Well we have walked our little cotton Sox off. Day one we spent most of the day in Camden. Markets galore and I could barter. What joy. Got myself a new suitcase plus lots of bits. The town has a lock in the middle and most of the market is in an old stables with statues of bronze horses everywhere and the history of it all there to read. Great day just plodding around. Not getting the food we had on the ship but still lots of walking.
Then last night we had tea with Betty and Tonys son, Quentin and wife Fiona and their two boys. Great catching up again. Boys of course didn't want to go to bed after we arrived, but did. Got a taxi there and back, but I lost my tablet. Thought I had left it in the taxi, so Quentin drove Rossi back to our accommodation to check and Fiona rang them to find out no they hadn't found it. I felt physically sick. When they got back the lying toad Quentin had great joy in letting me know I had left it in Reception and it was handed in. That Blades family, it runs in them to be cheeky. Then had a lovely night.
Today we have been to Harrods, Hamlets Toy shop and Selfridges. All amazing, and so are their prices. A little 12 month old dress €495. So I bought two - year right. Mac and Darcy did OK with a soft toy each. Then over to the winter wonderland at Hyde Park. Omg it would cost a family a fortune to go on things. €1 per token and most rides where at least 5 tokens. So double that for NZ $
And we never got lost once. Did manage a Cornish paste though each.
