Cruise Xmas Markets Prague to Budapest and around U.K.

We had to say our fond farewells today. We were the last off the ship at lunchtime as we were staying on in Budapest and not really that far away from where we docked. The Ockers (Anita and Barry) were 2nd last to leave and they are now on their way home to Perth. Quite sad, as you all know me, to say good bye to everyone. Even our lovely chef looked very sad this morning and I gave her a big hug.
Senator Apartment was an adventure once again. Reception is at least helpful though. But we were sent up B to the 7th floor, to find the lift wasn't working. Go back to reception and she says we can go up level A, C or D. So A was closer. What she didn't say was that A only goes up 5 floors, not 7. Back down we trudge again with our luggage and go to Reception where she tells us that C and D go up to the 7th floor and they all interconnect. Off we trudged again. Find our room and the door won't open. Down Lizzie went this time cos I was over it, and comes back with the Receptionist who pulls the door towards her as she turns the key. Voila, it opened. Every experience is a new one. You have to laugh.
Then off we went to get our bearings and find we are surrounded by food and bars and it's Saturday night. People for Africa. Now at apartment with cheap Rose wine, which tastes lovely, in our pj's, as you do.
Went on the Budapest eye, but it went a lot faster than the London and Singapore, and not as big, but fun.
