And so, we arrive at the airport in Oakland. We are about to enter the biggest plane I have ever seen. A Dreamliner flown by Norwegian Air. The flight is 10.5 hours non-stop direct to Barcelona. We have paid a little extra for the Premium Economy. But this isn't just an extra bag of nuts.

Big seats that recline way back. And a footrest that comes up. Blankets. Two meals. The plane tells us that there is high quality air with "added humidity" to reduce jet lag. I guess we'll see about that.

The Boy and I watch Wonder at his request. A sweet movie. I am always surprised that the Boy is both a growing young man but also a yummy sweet boy who likes sweet charming feel-good movies.

And so we sleep...kind of and fly to BCN.
