I cannot believe that this is my last blog. Time went by so fast that it almost scares me. I had my last exams, I have been outside every day and met my friends so many times because I didn’t want to think about missing them. I went to Morocco with a lot of good friends, we had a goodbye picnic at the park with all the Erasmus friends. I am thinking about spending my summer here. Or staying here for another month and go to my family in Tunisia. I don’t know it yet.

What I do know, is that I have loved life. ‘’Exchange is not a year in your life. It is a life in a year’’. Five months, 22 weeks, 157 days, and 3772 hours in Valencia, the most exciting journey I’ve ever had. Good times, crazy friends, new food and amazing memories... I have no words to describe this time, it was incredible! This semester I enjoyed living, studying and having fun with international students. I gained insight into various aspects of the Spanish culture and education and I had the possibility to develop and get to know myself. I learned a new language and learned different types of dances like salsa, bachata, merengue and flamenco. Simply, I had the most amazing time here in Valencia and I couldn’t be happier. ‘’We should all fill out life’s with adventures, not things. We should have stories to tell, not stuff to show’’. I am grateful for the people I have met, the kind of friendship we have is indescribable. They are amazing! We are so different and yet the same. Together we make our own Spanish family and I don’t know what I would have done without them.

I will always look back on this amazing semester and smile. Thank you Valencia!
