Chandru had planned to take us to Jervis bay, a seaside beach resort famous for its Dolphin and Whale watching expeditions. Since it was summer there was only dolphin watching. Chandru had made all arrangements. The distance of around 250 Kms was completed in about three hours and we reached Jervis bay around 1 PM.
We had packed lunch which was devoured on the beach park and thereafter joined the dolphin watch expedition aboard a ferry. We were led inside the Pacific Ocean and had wonderful show of Wild Dolphins in the ocean. We would have seen atleast two dozens of them in the course of this trip. This was a first for all of us.
A part of the expedition was a Net Pull on the sea. We were asked to sit on a Net which was lowered on to the sea and the boat cruises along when the sea water sprays all over us. The water was freezing

The water was freezing
but it was an exhilarating experience. Me and Shivya were in the centre which was where the peak action takes place, the water pressure being the highest.
We then proceeded to Hyams Beach supposed to be one of the best beaches at Jervis Bay. The water was cold but refreshingly nice. All of us had a swim. After all this obviously we were all exhausted so we had a wholesome dinner. Some souvenirs were purchased after which we drove back to Canberra for a well earned rest.
