Day 60: I held a Koala!!

This morning we were up early to visit the wildlife park. This was so much fun! We got to see a black bird, some lizards, a snake, crocodiles and of course koalas! We even got to cuddle a koala and have a picture taken with it! After visiting the park we then headed back to the ferry to get back onto the mainland. I had really enjoyed magnetic island! Quick stop off at McDonald’s before we hit the road for Airlee beach. We arrived at the Marina where we boarded our sailing boat for the night which would take us to the Whitsundays islands. The boat was really nice but I’m glad there wasn’t more of us staying on it! The beds were so tiny! We set sail and went for about 3 hours before we anchored off for the evening under the stars. Dinner was so good, we had fish, sweat potato mash and coleslaw! It was so yummy. Shared a box of wine (goon) on the deck before heading to bed around 10pm.
