Day 40: Bahn Me!

This morning we flew to Hoi An from Nha Trang. We arrived at the Acacia heritage hotel and then headed straight out on a bike ride around the old city. Hoi An is so beautiful and is by far my favourite place of the whole trip so far!! The streets are so quaint and colourful, dressed in hundreds of pretty lanterns! We headed to Yaly’s, a handmade tailors where I had a dress designed and fitted. In the evening we went to a Vietnamese cooking class where we learnt how to make spring rolls, crispy pancakes and pork noodles. The food was delicious! We then headed on a night out to Tiger Tiger where we met up with Eves friend Liv. She ended up coming back to our hotel for the night as we had 3 beds in our room. We ate Bahn Me on the way home - soo yum!!
