Travel Diaries respects the privacy of all users and ensures that all the personal information you provide is treated confidentially.

Providing an email address is required to create an account where your diary will be safely stored. If you want to order a printed copy of your diary, we will use your information to fulfill your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We would use this information for other purposes only with your permission.

Collection of data

Travel Diaries uses the collected data to provide its clients the following services:

• Creating an account. If you want to start a journal, we need your email address to create an account, where you can login.
• Placing an order. If you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment information to process your order and keep you informed of the progress of the order.
• To inform you. We use your email address to inform you about the development of the site, special offers and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe.
• For the improvement of our app. Information and feedback about the use of our website will be used to further develop and improve our application. If you decide to write a review, you can choose whether or not your name will be displayed. We are curious about the opinions of our visitors, but reserve to right not to publish something that is not in line with our site requirements.

Travel Diaries will not sell your data

Travel Diaries will not sell your personal information to third parties and will make it available only to third parties that are involved in processing your order. These third parties are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your information.

Request to delete your data

You can, at any time, delete your account by going to 'Account settings' on your dashboard on the web application or mobile app and pressing the 'Delete account' button. You'll then receive an email from us, mentioning that we have started to delete your account and all its content, such as created diaries. Once your account and data has been permanently removed from our server, you'll receive a final confirmation email from us. In case you don't have access to your account anymore, you can email us at [email protected] with a request to permanently delete all your data.
