Happy New Year, hoping 2024 is a happy and hopeful year for all of us.
Enjoyed our last morning in London with a delicious breakfast, packing bags and taking a cab with a delightful driver to Paddington Station to board the Heathrow Express to the airport. All uneventful today…trains on time, lifts and escalators working…a bit of duty free shopping and then enjoyed the food and some Moët and coffee in the Emirates lounge. The view from the lounge over the airport is terrific. We watched planes come and go and so a couple of relaxing hours

Goodbye London
London to Dubai and home to Sydney

spent catching up on my diary, eating and plane watching. A very happy holiday seeing and doing so many things and now we go home…Australia is the best!!
