This week has been full of crazy stories and random emotions. A few of my most memorable moments this week was when we went to Notre Dame and walked around the city discovering old cathedrals and churches. I have watched the disney movie Hunchback of Notre Dame probably over 20 times in my 20 years on this earth. Walking through the doors and seeing the gorgeous architecture and haunting candles enraptured my heart. My second most memorable moment (because how can I possibly choose just one) was the Sainte-Chapelle which is the oldest church in either Paris or France. The room glowed with iridescent light. Each stained glassed window had illustrations that told the stories of the books of the Bible. My favorite was the story of Esther it really touched my heart and encouraged me. I resonate with Esther's story and love her testimony. My last favorite memory was my birthday dinner party on Saturday. The girls took me out to such a cute rustic French restaurant. I felt so blessed and celebrated. It meant so much to me that I got to experience my 20th birthday in Paris with these girls.
