Canada, Alaska, North America, Mexico, Bahamas, Spain 2023

Another oversea jaunt for Phil and me. This one, to the other one-third of the world:
Canada, Alaska, America, Mexico, Aruba, Bermuda, Portugal, Spain (cruise), then train to Paris.
This forms part of 2023 year of travel. Cruise #3 will be Christmas cruise around New Zealand (postponed 2022).
Airline: We normally fly Emirates, and will on the homeward leg from Paris, however the cruise leaves from Vancouver so we chose Japan, ANA, flying to Tokyo, then onto Vancouver the most direct route,

Cruise:
This cruise will be 42 nights, the high-point I am sure will be passing through the Panama Canal from the Pacific to the Atlantic. All the excursions should be amazing however the passage through historic Panama Canal, (who would ever have thought we would have the opportunity), will be a highlight. A wonder in engineering, so exciting.
Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth will be new to us. We should have cruised on her in December 2022 on our Christmas New Zealand trip which we had to postpone due to Covid infection two days before departing.

House/Cat Sitters: August, new friends, Bob and Linda Marchet from Goulburn & September dear friends Peter and Georgi
