America on the road
Our time in Baltimore was spent, largely inside. After checking out the docks, we decided to get lunch at Dick’s Last Resort. It would be my total dream job, the staff yell and call you a loser, needless to say, lunch turned into drinks turned into our entire day. The staff in Dick’s were awesome, like incredibly nice, after we got over being called Harry Potter for a while. There are hats too. It’s a weird and wonderful place.
After Baltimore, we headed towards Pittsburg, PA, we spent most of that evening in Dave and Busters, playing arcade games, I think I’m starting to see a trend.
We only spent a little time in Pittsburg, before heading towards West Virginia, it’s been a whirlwind couple of days. Another day, another state. Friday morning we woke up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, having been to Columbus and Indianapolis (told you we’d get there). Now it’s only a day until Karen and Nigel arrive and we’re in Chicago again, then to Washington DC and up to New York, I can’t wait.
