America on the road
We spent our day in Memphis, TN going to see the birthplace of Elvis - not a tour because we're not into Elvis that much, checking out Beale Street and eating food, as is the norm. Memphis is really cool but it is hot as hell so largely our day was spent running towards air conditioned buildings.
The outside of Graceland was pretty cool, it's nice that the sign is on show, and though you can only see the outside from the road, you can see where the planes are, so you know..YAY Elvis.
Lunch was great.
turns out the Memphis is another one of those border towns so though we are technically staying in Memphis, we are actually in Arkansas. Weird.
