America on the road
Alabama was uneventful, we were there about 10 minutes, but gas was cheap.
We also saw two prisoner vans between Georgia and Alabama, one in Thomasville, driving prisoners someplace, and one on the highway with prisoners collecting rubbish in the middle. There were no chains - movies lied.
Back into Florida, had some fresh OJ from the welcome centre and were recommend to detour via Ponce de Leon Springs. Cold water + Hot sun = best detour! (pretty sure i've been here before)
We've just been for dinner in Seaside, Florida, maybe the prettiest place I've ever seen - the real life set of The Truman Show.
We shared a bison burger & then got straight back on the road: Onwards towards New Orleans, looks like a roadside motel for us tonight.
Totes forgot that some people here are anti-gay, saw a church sign that said:
"God doesn't care about supreme court rulings, nor do good Christians"
