My diary

I was officially Austin's girlfriend once I returned home from Rome. So the next step was to meet his college roomies at Penn State. We traveled by car out to Penn State late on a Friday night. 4.5 hours in a car together and it couldn't have been more fun. I met Dylan - Austin's house mate and classmate in the Landscape Architecture program. Funny enough, both of their step fathers graduated from the same program years before! Austin took me all around the campus and downtown; showing me his class buildings, and the regular downtown hot spots. I was treated to a typical East Foster Ave family dinner cooked by the boys. Boys in college do NOT eat the way these guys did! I was always amazed during future fall/winter weekend visits how well thought out their dinners were! I got my very first PSU tee shirt and still have it to this day 7 years later. We went to the Phyrst- which became a true favorite of mine over the next year and a half. The Phyrst Family Band played such fun songs; Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash which became an instant favorite of ours together; always reminding us of the good times at PENN STATE!
