We took a day trip to Positano. Morning weather was windy, but by the time we arrived it was lovely and sunny. The town is very over-crowded with tourists (like us!). It was a bit overwhelming to walk thru the throngs of people going up and down the narrow little streets.
We were in and out of shops with beautiful, overpriced, items. So... bottom line: glad we went there. It IS a beautiful town. Do not need to go there again.
Howard and I had a lovely lunch out of the bustle, overlooking the beach. Then I visited a couple of art galleries that were really interesting. Then: a shot of the beach and the 4 of us before taking the ferry back to Minori.
Also: a photo taken in the very special restaurant at Santa Caterina Hotel: beautiful place! The dinner wasn't as wonderful as we hoped. (but, we look cute!) C'est la Vie!
