Culinary Tour, Italy & Portugal September-October 2019
We are on our way to Porto to board the UniWorld ship, the Queen Isabel. UniWorld provides a bus transport to Porto.
Lots of information on the history of Portugal as we drive along, and a stop in Obidos for coffee and shopping. Actually a charming town which has old cobblestone streets and lots of shopping. It was a fun stop.
By the end of the day we had arrived at the port and boarded our ship for our one week cruise on the Douro River. Just a couple of pix from this day... a pretty "scene" by the bougainvillea plant and then dinner on the ship where I decided the salad had too many croutons!

Leaving Lisbon, The Road to Porto
